What happens if my site goes down?
Uptime monitoring alerts us when your site goes down. We respond within two hours of an alert. For critical failures we’ll contact you directly and keep you updated until the site is back online.
Can I cancel my care plan at any time?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. If you cancel, we’ll transfer all hosting access and domain control to you. On a pay monthly plan the care plan is part of the plan for its 12 months, and after that it runs month to month like any other.
What’s in the monthly update?
An email with your site’s uptime and average response time over the last 30 days, and its Google PageSpeed score on mobile, with the change since the previous test. It links to your own status page, where you can see the same figures any time, the recent work on your site and, once Google Search Console is connected, how often Google showed your site, the clicks it got and the searches people used to find you.
Do you manage hosting for sites you didn’t build?
Yes, in most cases. We’ll assess your current setup and, if migration is needed, handle that as part of onboarding. We’ll be upfront about any constraints before you commit.

Three tiers, billed monthly and matched to the build tier: $79 a month for Starter sites (up to 3 pages), $129 a month for Growth (up to 6 pages) and $199 a month for Premium (up to 12 pages).
