Exterior Cleaning · Website & Job App
Every quote request from Peak’s new website lands in the job app Logan runs the business from, with an alert on his phone.
Client
Peak Exterior Cleaning
Peak Exterior Cleaning is Logan Howard’s business: soft washing houses and roofs, and cleaning windows, gutters and driveways across East Auckland.
Logan spent three years as a residential builder in East Auckland before he started Peak in December 2025.
The work was going well. The admin around it lived in too many places: a Wix website, enquiries in his Gmail, customers in HubSpot and quotes in a separate tool.
The Brief
One Place, On His Phone.
It started small.
Logan asked for an app to take before and after photos that line up, for his socials and his customers. On a call a few days later the real brief came out: one place to run the business from his phone, from a new lead to a quote to an invoice, with the photo app inside it and his Gmail connected. The one alert he cared about was a new lead.
He also wanted a new website in place of the Wix one. So the website and the app were built together, with the site’s quote form feeding straight into the app.
The Website
His Own Photos. Every Old Link Kept.
The new site is built from Logan’s own work: his professional shoot, his films and his before and after pairs from real jobs, with a page for each of his six services.
Twelve pages went into the sitemap at launch, with the East Auckland suburbs Peak works in named on the site and in its structured data.
Every address in the old Wix site’s sitemaps redirects to its new page, so search results and old links kept working from launch night. The films play on iPhones too. Safari asks for a video in pieces and won’t play it otherwise, which Cloudflare Pages doesn’t do by itself, so a small function serves the films that way, with a copy encoded for Apple devices.
The free quote form doesn’t send an email to sit in an inbox. It posts straight into the job app.
The Job App
From Lead To Invoice, On One Phone.
A quote request from the website lands in Leads with a push alert on Logan’s phone.
A helper in his Google account checks Gmail every 5 minutes and brings enquiry emails in the same way, so nothing waits in an inbox.
From a lead, Logan writes a quote the customer accepts online. The job gets a day and goes into his Google Calendar. When it is done, one email from his own address sends the customer their before and after photos and the invoice, and the app keeps track of who still owes him.
The line-up camera from the first app is built in: the before photo sits see-through over the camera, so the after shot matches it, ready for a post or a story. His 109 customers came across from HubSpot on launch night.
The Result
Live In One Evening.
The website and the job app went live together on the evening of 29 October 2026.
The domain moved to Cloudflare first, with Peak’s email checked both ways, then the app, then the site. A test enquiry from the live website landed in Leads before we called it done.
Everything runs on Peak’s own Cloudflare account, not ours: the website, the job app, its database and the job photos. Peak’s data is Peak’s, and Logan can download all of it from the app whenever he likes.
